He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Abrecht and Charlotte Abrecht (Droneburg); and his sister Patricia Foster. He is survived by: his wife Temple Markoe-Abrecht; his children, Chad Abrecht and Holly Franz (Eric); his grandsons, Wyatt and Owen Franz; his sister Jacqueline Matthews (Ron) of Drums, PA; his half-sister Laverna Troxell of Laurel, MD; and his brother-in-law Gary Markoe (Roxane). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
