We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2023, at the age of 76, Nancy Ellen Culler Kegley (Frederick, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John C. Kegley; her parents, Roland Kurtz Culler and Julia Grace Shaff Culler; and her brother-in-law Dennis Passaglia. She is survived by: her daughter Julia Ellen Kegley Jones; her grandsons, Brandon, John Tyler and Alexander Jones; her siblings, Julia Jeanne Biser (Richard), Joanne Culler Passaglia, Richard Roland Culler, David Robert Culler (Susan) and Jennifer Culler Noffsinger (James); her nieces and nephews, Susan Biser Hackney, Matthew, Andrew Culler, Justin (Kylee), Jacob Noffsinger (Chelsea), Julia Maegan Noffsinger Olson (Britt) and Joshua Noffsinger; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Erin Hackney, Mason, Emma, Ava Noffsinger, Saylor Olson and Forden Noffsinger. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Nancy's name to St.Luke's Lutheran Church and Frederick Health Hospice.
