She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion D. Carmack Jr. and Eileen Carmack (Steiner). She is survived by: her sons, Jason Eppley (Teresa Feltner) and Joshua Eppley; her grandchildren, Casey and Charlee Eppley; and her siblings, Faith Hale (Gene), Terry Lambert (Donnie) and Bob Carmack (Linda). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
