He is survived by: his children, Armani Goodwin and Khyree Goodwin; his father Morris Goodwin Sr.; his siblings, Kaniesha Wilkerson, Mortrez Goodwin and Niyare Goodwin; his nephew Ja'zyere Thompson; his aunts, Beverly O'Neal, Joyce Goodwin and Michelle Goodwin; and his grandmother Janet Gaines. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.

“I am devastated to hear of MoeMoe’s passing. He was a beautiful soul. He went to school with my son. He made me laugh everyday. He had that beautiful smile and that goofy thing he would do with his gorgeous eyes. He would talk in that hysterical voice and have me in tears every time. Rarely has anyone made me laugh as hard. I moved from Frederick in 2017 and haven’t seen him since. My son told me tonight that he had passed and I was heartsick. Please know that I am praying for all of you”
