He is survived by: his sons, Chad Putman and Brett Putman; his brother Emmanuel Putman; his sister-in-law Marlen Putman; his nephews, Charles Putman and Richard Putman; his niece Katherine Putman; his aunt Gisela Hayes; and his cousins, Ela Moyer, Patrick Hayes and Kevin Hayes.
