She was predeceased by: her father Russell Ira Morgan; her spouse Glenn Paul Riggs; her siblings, Robert Reed, Russell Leroy Morgan and Virginia "Sally" Angleberger; and her daughter-in-law Diane Riggs.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Glenn Riggs and Lisa Gallion Hubbard (Steve); her brother Ira Wayne Morgan; and her grandchildren, Michelle Crutchfield (Tommy), Marianne Droneburg (Ronnie), Rusty Riggs, Jr., Steven Riggs (Kenda), Krystle Defriece, Matthew Gallion and Tonja Morgan Riggs. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
