It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Roulette of Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on January 11, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Alexander and Susan Wagner Alexander; her brothers, Louis (Tina), Donald (Dorothy) and David Alexander; her children, John David Roulette and Elizabeth Ann Roulette Baseler (Michael W. Baseler) of Union Bridge, MD; her daughter-in-law Barbara Wolf Roulette of Hagerstown, MD.; her grandchildren, Joseph Franklin Crisp of Richmond, VA, Susan Elizabeth Crisp of Reisterstown, MD, Sarah Louise Tully (Chris) of Hershey, PA and Jennifer Ann Roulette Crisp (Mike Kurtz) of Lancaster, PA.; and her stepgrandsons, Patrick Baseler (Anna) of New Market, MD, Dr. Walter Baseler (Jessica) of Ijamsville, MD, Greg Baseler (Nazanin Hashemi) of Rockville, MD and Michael Baseler (Amanda) of Gunnison, CO..
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Dominic Anthony Sambataro of Reisterstown, MD, Lucas Gregory, Jacob David Baseler of Ijamsville, MD, Beau William Baseler of Gunnison, CO, Owen Roulette and Wade Stephen Tully of Hershey, PA.; and her close friends, Vivian, Wayne Smith and Betty Roney. She is also survived by 9 nieces, 3 nephews, a number of grand nieces, grand nephews, their families, and several cousins.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Reformed United Church of Christ (201 N Potomac St, Hagerstown, MD 21740). A reception was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Mt. View Cemetery.
