She is survived by: her husband Austin Lee Collins; her children, Kimberly Bowers of Frederick, MD and Gary Toms of Knoxville, MD; her grandsons, Brandon and Shawn Bowers; her great grandchild Faith Bowers; and her siblings, Esther Weagley, Virgil and Wayne Harne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
