She is survived by: her significant other Noah, Jr.; her children, Pam Rose (Walter) and Noah III (Jeffrey); her grandchild Dr. Cameron Rose; her great grandchildren, Maxine, Rickey Smith III and Langston Rose; her siblings-in-law, Charles Stovall, Joanne Carter and Sheila Brogden-Jefferson; and her siblings, James Carter, Dorothy Jones, Blanch Carter, Ruth Carter, Beatrice Broadway, Frank Carter, Robert Carter (Reds) and Jeanette Stovall. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
