She is survived by: her children, Birtrand P. Miskell, Jr. (Susan) of Frederick, Wanda Lee Smith Ritzenthaler (John) of Florida and Carol Ann Smith (Robert) of North Potomac; her grandchildren, Jeff Jefferies, Alban W. Smith, Jr., Birtrand P. Miskell III, Jennifer Ann Conversano and Jason Robert Smith; and her sister Charlotte Wenner Hauser of Hagerstown.
