She was predeceased by: her spouse Rodney Lentz; her parent Edward Blumenauer; her son Curtis Lentz; her siblings, June Starr and Bo Blumenauer; and her sister-in-law Betty Blumenauer.
She is survived by: her parent Ruth Blumenauer; her children, Cyndi Lake (Tom), Janet Kendall (John) and John Lentz II (Terri); her grandchildren, Keri Albright, Teresa Conto, Rodney Lake, Tommy Lake, Angie Hill, Jeff Lake, Jennifer Osborne, Shawna Lentz, John Lentz III, Sara Haugh, Katy Carroll and Courtney Lentz; and her sister Jane Doll (Jack). She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
