She was predeceased by: her parent Paul B. Rhoads, Sr. of Frederick, MD.; her husband James Stewart Loy; her son Stephen P. Loy; her son-in-law Carlos Sanchez; and her brothers, Paul B. Rhoads, Jr. and Charles G. Rhoads.
She is survived by: her parent Louise Schley Rhoads of Frederick, MD.; and her children, Philip R. Loy (Rita) of Atlanta, GA, Nora Sanchez of Rockledge, FL, Gale Morgan (George) of Viera, FL and Ann Metcalf of Hampton, VA..
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to either Project Response or The Salvation Army.
