With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Marie Windsor of Frederick, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 4, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis Windsor Jr.; her parents, Conley Koogle and Margaret Koogle; and her siblings, Donald, James Koogle, Patricia Koogle and Barbara Kay Lambright.
She is survived by: her sister Nancy Stillions; her children, Eric Windsor (Delma), Denise Rudegeair (Edward) and Brian Windsor (Melissa); and her grandchildren, Robert McGinley, Victoria Rudegeair, Edward Rudegeair Jr., Brandon Ridgely and Hunter Windsor.
