He is survived by: his wife Deborah Price Grove; his children, Scott (Dawn), Randy (Lisa), Jason, Kelly Horning (Steve) and Jamie; and his grandsons, Daniel, Hunter, Colby, Ryan, Braden and Asher.
A cause that lived in Larry's heart was the protection of Maryland's wildlife so, to honor his memory and in lieu of flowers, the family requests a memorial donation to the Second Chances Wildlife Center, a non profit that rehabilitates injured, ill, and orphaned wildlife.
