He was predeceased by: his father Franklin Theodore. He is survived by: his siblings, P. Franklin Wetzel (Catherine), Wanda Watson (William), Terry L. Wetzel, Rita Baer (Robert) and Arlene K. Spring (Thomas); and his nephews, Eddie Hemp, Brandon Baer and Andrew Baer. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
