She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Johnson and Joyce Johnson (Bubolz); and her brothers, Gary, Dale and Kevin Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband John C. Plaisance; and her children, Tammy Hischer (Jay) of Cambridge, MN, Shawn Plaisance (Jennifer) of New Market and Jackie Perry (Richie) of Taneytown, Maryland.. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
