She was predeceased by: her spouse William S. Vermeulen. She is survived by: her children, Kristin Foye (Patrick) of Eliot and Kimberly Belisle (Joseph) of Frederick; her grandchildren, Jackson Belisle, Nathaniel Belisle, Emily Yenie (Senai) and Eliza Foye; and her siblings, Glenn De Block (Elizabeth) of Florida and Mark De Block of North Haledon.
