She is survived by: her former husband David Tarr; her daughter Tracy; her son-in-law Randy Carter of Walkersville, Maryland; her daughter Lisa of Virginia; her grandchildren, Joshua, Samantha, Kyle, Justin, Bella, Gabriel, Carson and Montoya; her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Cameron; and her pet Kathy.
