“Joe always had a kind eyes and an innocent, dedicated, loving spirit, I was fortunate and amazed to see him grow up the way he did. I have this memory of him dancing with Amandine as me and his two older sisters would always have karaoke sessions in the basement afterschool. There was a heaviness he was carrying and I could feel it, the last time I saw him in his family’s kitchen. I’m glad I was able to hug him then. I will continue to pray for healing for The Kasende Family.”
