He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. McGrath, Sr. and Anna Hogan of Troy; and his stepson John Edwards Frensilli (Stephanie). He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth McGrath (Edwards); his daughters, Janine McGrath (Mike Chiavaroli) and Christina McGrath Burke (Owen Burke); his grandchildren, Finn, Kate McGrath, Lucy, Hazel and Rose Burke; his stepdaughter Beth Frensilli (Alan Anderson); and his grandchildren, Milan, Matteo Anderson, Nicholas, Alexa, Jake and Zachary Frensilli.
