He was predeceased by: his father Joe Blango, Sr.; and his granddaughter Brianna Blango. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Blango of Philadelphia; his children, Darrell Blango (Tasha) of Frederick, MD and Nasia Blango of Frederick, MD; his siblings, Linda Blango of Philadelphia, PA, Sheila Rutherford (Larry) of Hinesville, GA and Donnie Blango (Edith) of Cheltenham, PA; his grandchildren, Octavia, Makayla, Jordan and Harmonee; his great grandchildren, Ejypt, Izrealle and Elena; his aunts, Dorothy Rollins of Frederick, MD, Lucille Bowie of Frederick, MD and Ruthie B. Styron of North Carolina; his cousin Gary Rollins; and his close friends, Romelle Gibson and Karen Washington. He is also survived by eight nieces; nephews; and a host of cousins and friends.
