It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jo Ann Williams of Frederick, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on February 6, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Anthony J. Dibitonto; and her son Joel Dolinger. She is survived by: her husband Royal B. Williams of Fruita, CO; her stepchildren, Todd Williams (Pam), Lisa Williams and Tami Moore (Tim); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Kaiya, Ian, Kristen and Monica; and her great grandchildren, Claire and Jack. She is also survived by two great nieces, two great nephews.
