She was predeceased by: her parent Edward L. Shaffer; her sister Anna Lee Shaffer Snyder; her brother-in-law Garland Paul Snyder; her brother Ralph Wayne Shaffer; and her sister-in-law Verda Mae Shaffer (Goldizen).
She is survived by: her parent Beulah Shaffer (Getz); and her nieces and nephews, Denise Mathias, Robert Mathias of Westminster, MD, Carolyn Mason, John Mason of Elkridge, MD, Mary Ann Richmond of New Market, MD, Gregory Shaffer of Frederick, MD, Jenna Richmond and Kyle Mathias.
