He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Burall and Ruth Burall. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Burall (Harman) of Frederick; his brothers, Ralph (Susan) and Martin Burall (Terry) of Frederick; his niece Meredith; his nephew Aaron; his close friend Kevin Reed; and also, Donna and Steven Harman. He is also survived by other classmates and close friends.
