He was predeceased by: his parent Jesse S. Fifer; his wife Virginia P. Fifer; his sisters, Rachel Wachter and Rebecca Williams; and his granddaughter Hannah Tucker.
He is survived by: his parent Mary F. Fifer; his daughters, Kathryn Tucker (Michael) and Jayme Cline (Raymond); his grandsons, Phillip Tucker (Jaimie) and Matthew Cline; his great grandchildren, Phillip, Jr. of Frederick, Emma Tucker of Frederick and Grayson Tucker of Frederick; his sisters, Rogina Isaacs (Ray) of Walkersville and Robin Nelson of Wyoming; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Williams (Cathy) and Alice May of Florida.
