He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Porter and Jane C. Porter; and his brother David Lawrence Porter. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Porter (Molter); his children, Brian Carr and Brandi Meese (George); his grandchildren, Zachary Carr and Lorelie Bridgham; and his siblings, Lynda Nugent (John), Charles Porter (Kathleen), Kathleen Sillick, Carol Berman (Robert) and Timothy Porter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
