He was predeceased by: his parents, Steiner Nelson Baer and Mary Esta Stup Baer; his brothers, David Baer and Raymond Baer; and his brother-in-law Harold Acres III.
He is survived by: his sisters, Shirley Acres, Gloria Barr (Paul) and Mary Ann Baer; and his friend Rick Messner. He is also survived by aunt and numerous nieces and nephews.
