He is survived by: his children, James Edward Henry, Jr. (Catrenia), Theresa Lynn McCubbin (Vincent) and Dawn Marie Bush (Robert); his grandchildren, Christina Lynn Hudler, Steven Byington, Kayla Hozhabri, Alex Fraley, Travis Fraley and Grace Henry; his great grandchildren, Parker Hozhabri, Hunter Byington, Landon Hudler, Victoria Byington and Cayson Hudler; and his siblings, Walter Ray Henry, Jr., Bonnie Rae Gray and Gail Ann Simon. He is also survived by many several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
