We are sad to announce that on March 29, 2024, at the age of 83, Jacqueline Grunwell of Frederick, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jim" Gibbons and Lavina "Beans" Gibbons; and her brothers, James and Thomas Gibbons. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Grunwell; her children, Michelle (John Martin), Michael (Gretchen Grunwell), Kevin (Pam Grunwell), Karen Burns, Sean (Julie Grunwell) and Shannon Grunwell; her grandchildren, Georgi, Norah, Nolan, Cole, Allison, Ryan Burns, Ryan Martin, Regan, Jake, Robie, Erin, Colin, Rhiannon, Conor and Declan; her siblings, Sharon (Sam Nicholson), Lynn (Kenny Brown), Michael Gibbons and Terry (Wendy Gibbons); her siblings-in-law, Laura Schafer and Alfred Grunwell; and her nieces and nephews, Jon Eric (Tamara), Francis (Sandra), Tom (Cathy), Alex, Dawn (Joe), Patrick (Laura), Sam (Miriam), Katie (Bahman), James (Becca), Matthew, Thomas, Marin (John), Carly, Kelly and Megan (Mac).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Catholic Charities or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
