We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2023, at the age of 87, Jacob R. Ramsburg Jr. (Frederick, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jacob R. Ramsburg, Sr. and Ethel M. Ramsburg; his son J. Ray Ramsburg III (Holly); his grandchildren, Justin Ramsburg, Allie Ramsburg (Tom Mitterndorfer), Jacquelyn McGaughey (Sean) and Jacob Ramsburg; his great grandchildren, Grayson and Emory; his sisters, Martha Popovic and Mary Alice Grove; his wife Norma; and his daughter Betty Ann Ramsburg. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
