He was predeceased by: his son Douglas Howard; and his sisters, Frances Walter and Lorraine Biser. He is survived by: his wife Texanna Wood Stup; his children, Bill Stup (Lori) of Frederick, MD, Steve Stup (Mary) of Great Falls, VA, Kim Imboden (Mike) of Frederick, MD and Greg Stup (Denise) of Frederick, MD.; and his sisters, Anna Belle Easton, Helen Powell and Phyllis Martin.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Howard's name to Adamstown Community Church, PO box 186, Adamstown, MD 21710 to provide handicap access for the church.
