He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hagan Sr. and Margaret Hagan (Ebberts); his son Howard "Duke" Hagan; and his siblings, JoAnne Fogel, Charles Hagan Jr. and Franklin Hagan.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Hagan; his children, Melissa Hagan, Margaret Hagan (Mark Boone), Melinda Benjamin (Jonathan), Phillip Mercer and Lisa Naylor (Quinton); his stepchildren, Melanie Goetz (Terry), Rhonda DeVore (Steve) and Jason Hagan; and his siblings, David, Henry, Thomas Hagan and Sylvia Martin. He is also survived by his 33 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren.
