We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2024, at the age of 96, Howard B. Selby of Frederick, Maryland, born in New Market, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Hypatia Selby (Smith); his parents, H. Bernard Selby and K. Ann Selby (Warthan); and his brother Carroll "Gene" Selby (Gloria). He is survived by: his sons, Michael H. Selby (Cindy) and Philip N. Selby (Betsy); his grandson Bryce Selby (Emily); and his great grandchild Ezra Selby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the New Market UMC, 5501 Old New Market Road, New Market, MD 21774.
