He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Albert Milor and Helen Tate. He is survived by: his wife Carla Gayle Milor (Vest); his sons, Howard A. Milor, III and Scott A. Milor; his daughters-in-law, Cheryl and Nicole; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Emma, Jackson and Harper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
