He was predeceased by: his sister Helen Bowens. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Bowens; his son Darvia Williams (Erica); and his brothers, Melvin and John Boyce. He is also survived by four sisters-in-law; and three brothers-in-law; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home-Frederick (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
