He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Tina O'Connor (Mark), Tony (Linda), Frank (late Tracy) and Steven (Lisa); his grandchildren, Michael, Kristin, Matt, Nick, Jessie, Ali, Jon and Joe; and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Nora, Evelyne and Aidan.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (520 Veirs Mill Rd, Rockville, MD 20850).
