She was predeceased by: her spouse Melvin Lee Wilkins; her parent James Sager; and her grandson Matthew Barber. She is survived by: her parent Mary Sager; her children, Teresa L. Wilkins, Ken Blair of Bluemont, VA, Toni Barber of Ocean City, MD, Thomas A. Wilkins and Debra A.; her grandchildren, Blaine Ridgley, Taylor Wilkins and Maris Wilkins; and her great grandchildren, Kialee Barber and Kora Barber.
