She was predeceased by: her parents, Col. Harry C. Russell, Sr. and Frances Caldwell Jester; and her husband Arthur L. Embrey. She is survived by: her children, Jason Embrey (Jill) of Grasonville Maryland and Jennifer Edmonston (Bert) of Gibsonia, Pennsylvania.; her grandchildren, Kendall Embrey, Caroline Embrey, Bert Edmonston and Edith Edmonston; and her brother Harry C. Russell, Jr. of Frederick, Maryland..
