With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Genevieve F. Harwood of Frederick, Maryland, born in Central City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 21, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Pasierb and Mary Pieczonka Pasierb; her husband John Thomas Harwood; and her siblings, Stanley Pasierb, Steve Pasierb, Joseph Pasierb, Helen Knapp and Sophia Sankovitch.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Vigder (Stephen), Thomas Harwood (Laura) and Karen Hoffman (Dan); her grandchildren, Calvin Fisher (Sara), Carly DiPietro (Adam), Breann Harwood (Devan), Brent Harwood, Jenna Murphy (Kevin), Chase Hoffman (Courtney), Brynn Hoffman, Rachael Cross (Darius) and Joshua Vigder (Hailey); her great grandchildren, Bryce, Ava Murphy, Leyla, Casper Fisher, Lincoln, Emberly and Scarlett Cross; and her siblings, Edward Pasierb and Agnes Lorenzen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
