He was predeceased by: his parents, Atlee Compher and Virginia Compher; his niece Susan Kester; his great-nephew Jacob Tribbett; and his siblings-in-law, Richard, Pauline Cover and James Cover.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Christina, Vallie, Ted (Katie) and John (Kristy); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Tymber, Shelby, David, Lexie, Emory and Annie; and his siblings, Atlee C. Compher (Mary Ann), Donna Kester (Arthur) and Kevin Compher (Donna).
