He is survived by: his spouse Gloria Brown Hoy; his sons, Timothy Thomas (Roslynn) and Frank Hoy Jr. (Ivory) of Frederick, MD; his stepchildren, Charlotte E. Baker and Smith E. Baker of New Jersey; his siblings, Ann Hoy Jones of Union Bridge, MD, Tranessa Hoy Snowden of Frederick, MD, Joseph Thomas (Kathy) of Middletown, MD, Jerome Thomas of West Virginia, Wayne Hoy Sr. of Frederick, MD, Darryl Hoy of Frederick, MD and Raymond Hoy of Frederick, MD; his brother-in-law Warren G. Brown; and his friend Mike Tauraso. He is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren.
