Foltz; his children, Francis X. Sis, Jr. (Tess Cadiente) of Pasadena, MD, Lisa J. Allen (Brian K. Evans) of Hagerstown, MD, Joseph B. Sis of Williamsport, MD, Steven C. Sis of Waynesboro, PA and Charlotte L. Wiles of Terra Alta, WV; his grandchildren, Mallary N. Sis of Frederick, MD, Jarrett F. Sis of Hagerstown, MD, Kayla C. Allen of Hagerstown, MD and Kaleb I. Sis of Williamsport, MD; his great grandchildren, Briana Martin and Chance Fallin; his brothers, Joseph A. Sis (Kathleen L. Sis) of Frederick, MD and Michael C. Sis of Silver Spring, MD; and his sister-in-law Joyce A. Sis of Harwood, MD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
