It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emory Joseph Mullins of Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on February 8, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Samuel Mullins and Virginia Dare Mullins (Beverly); his great grandchild Waylon; and his brother Charles Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Carol Mullins; his daughters, Katherine Scheel, Jennifer Running and Annamarie Mullins; his grandchildren, Savannah, Morgan, Greyston, Samuel, Mason, Quentin and Mary; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Whitney and Wattson; and his siblings, Wilma Graham, Wendell Mullins and Freida Turc.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (7255 Ridge Rd, Mt Airy, MD 21771).
