She is survived by: her parents, Verlin Hadley and Doris Hadley (Guthrie); her spouse David H. Lively; her daughters, Elaine Molin (Jeff) and Carol Wagner (Lawrence); her grandsons, David Andrew Molin, James Molin, Eric Wagner, Luke Wagner and Paul Wagner; her brother James "Jim" Hadley; her sister-in-law Marty Hadley; her nephew Steve Hadley; and her niece Suzanne Prilliman.
