In loving memory of Elaine Jeanette Hottel of Frederick, Maryland, who departed this world on October 16, 2024 at the age of 81. Elaine leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Faust Fremont Day and Emma Groot Day; her significant other Joe; her husband Joseph Clinton Hottel of Philomont, Virginia.; and her brother Fremont Eugene Day.
She is survived by: her children, Hannah, Joseph and John; her grandchildren, Collin, Landon and Reagan; and her sisters, Janet Day Werner and Joyce Day Munson.
She remained positive and joyful and was able to resume her full-time ministry for 3 years during the COVID-19 pandemic.
