She was predeceased by: her husband Harvey F. "Binks" Fogle, Jr.; and her grandson-in-law Paul Carter. She is survived by: her daughter Linda; her son-in-law Larry Young of Unionville; her granddaughter Melanie Young-Carter; and her great grandchildren, Morgan of Walkersville and Mason Carter of Walkersville.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hartzler Funeral Home (11802 Liberty Rd, Frederick, MD 21701). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
