He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Ann; his son Mack; and his sister Barbara Berens. He is survived by: his wife Lora; his children, Sarah and Jimmy; his siblings, Linda Richelson and Jim Wilhite (Patti); and his nieces, Sandra Salinas, Alison Wiedau and Emily Chwastiak.
