He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Henry Smith Weigel and Esther Rebecca Weigel (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Eva Lillian Weigel of Keedysville; his children, Rebecca Lewis, Jena Judd and Jennifer Fishinger; his stepdaughter Jennifer Fishinger; his nieces, Diane Talanezhar and Suzanne Kraus; and his sister-in-law Gloria Cannizzaro. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
