He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin D. Havens and Bonnie J. O'Leary; his grandparents, Eugene Havens, Norma Jean Deoudes, George and Claire O'Leary; his uncle Anthony Smith; his aunt Barbara Smith; his sister Alyssa Havens; and his aunt Wanda Wardrick.
He is survived by: his daughter Autumn Willow; his brothers, Bubby (Laura Havens), Joshua Zuniga (Rachel Zuniga) and Jacob Zuniga; and his nieces and nephews, Julian Drago, Nicholas Montanaro, Jordyn Hallinan and Rebecca Montanaro.
