He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert H. Rinehart and Mamie M. Rinehart (Kemp); and his siblings, Kenneth, Bernard, James, Robert, Wilbert, Patricia Israel and Dorothy Delauter.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lee Rinehart (Best); his daughter Peg McGreevy (Ian); his grandson Ryan; and his siblings, Brenda Little of Chambersburg, PA, Joyce Schley of Frederick, Charles Rinehart of Waynesboro, PA, Gary Rinehart of Frederick and Chris Rinehart. He is also survived by numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to All Saints' Episcopal Church or The American Heart Association.
